Looking for a great restaurant in the capital of the Beaujolais? La Ferme du Poulet, located in Villefranche sur Saône, brings you the best of this diverse region located on the border of the Rhône and Ain departments.
Chef Olivier Degand makes the most of this unique location, with a focus on seasonal produce (land, sea, river and lake): Bresse chicken, scallops, shrimp, lobster, ombrine, frogs' legs, veal kidneys and more, as well as traditional Haut-Beaujolais cheeses and house-made desserts.
